No. Every single pearl is unique and therefore different. Depending on the sturgeon species, the color of the eggs can vary from grey to brown to black. Color differences are whims of nature and have no effect on the flavour of the caviar. We use several different species for our caviar, but each can is filled with the caviar of only one sturgeon.
